One of the more popular snoring mouthpieces is the Zquiet. Though it takes a few minutes to get used to, this product is soft and allows your mouth to move naturally. I also didn’t find an obstruction trying to breathe through my mouth which is always good.
Other than that, all I can say is that I’ve been using the Zquiet for over a week and I’ve slept great and my wife hasn’t woken me up from snoring.
